In many families, tension stems from unspoken expectations, generational differences, and mismatched communication styles rather than direct conflict. Without a shared way to externalize these patterns, misunderstandings persist and emotional support becomes difficult to build.

Concept

Using Collaborative Play to Strengthen Family Communication

Gravity Kitchen is a collaborative cooking game that helps family members express emotions and understand each other’s expectations through shared play rather than direct confrontation. By introducing time pressure and coordination challenges, the game creates a fun but structured environment where players must actively communicate, negotiate roles, and collaborate effectively.
